Losing weight doesn't have to be difficult.  Everyone wants to shed a few pounds, right? Or maybe a little more....well, a lot more!  So why does it seem to be so hard?  Exercise, eating right and you've hit the plateau or can't lose anything at all.  Maybe the answer to your cravings, inability to lose and lack of motivation isn't just a genetic problem (it could be, but let's look into a few things first before we analyze that!)
