Does Diva Buy ship internationally?
Although located in the USA, I ship almost anywhere. Please contact us if you need extra shipping information. I do not ship to Nigeria, Romania or Indonesia at this time.
How long will shipping take?
Shipments will be made on the following Thursday of your order. That means I ship every Thursday. I am in College (Pre-Med) and I also homeschool my kids, so I am very busy. If you need your order really fast, like for a wedding for example, just let me know and I can make arrangements.
Can Diva Buy give additional information on beauty and losing weight?
Yes! Beauty and weightloss is my specialty. If you have questions or concerns about the products, whether beauty or dietary, please contact me and I'll give you my professional advice.
Are all dietary supplements original?
Yes! All dietary supplements (eg. Diet Pills) are 100% authentic, strong and original. I never sell cheap knock off or fake dietary supplements. Your health is very important and I do care!
Can I buy wholesale?
Yes! Wholesale for dietary supplements only. If you'd like to buy wholesale, please contact me for pricing. Minimum orders must be 50 boxes/packages or more.
I've used a whole box of diet pills and haven't lost weight! Can I get a refund?
Sorry but NO....You can get a refund if you've only taken 3 days worth of the supplement though (That would be 6 pills of 2Day Diet Lingzhi and 3 of anything else.) 3 Days is plenty of time to see if the product is working or not. If you're still hungry....It's not working for you. I also have "Try Me Singles" so you can "TRY" diet supplements before you buy a whole box (Hey, it saves $$$ and the headache in case you don't like something.
What is your refund policy?
The divabuy.com refund policy is pretty much summed up in Question #6. I will provide a refund if: 1.) The product is sent to me unopened, or 2.) The product has not had more than 3 days worth of product used (6 Pills of 2Day Diet Lingzhi and 3 of anything else.) Refunds minus my shipping cost and a 15% restock fee will be applied. Please contact me before returning your product to verify my return address.
Where is 2 Day Diet?
I don't keep 2 Day Diet in Stock all the time. I get on a waiting list until it becomes available. Lingzhi is put into many US and International branded perscription diet pills and when demand is low for those, order for 2 Day Diet can be fulfilled. Thats why so many people are getting fakes....because 2 Day Diet is not always available. I sell nothing but the best and promise to give you only 100% authentic and original diet products.
I got an email that 2 Day Diet is in stock.....Where is the product?
Because I only have 2 Day Diet when it's available, many of my customers stock up or buy up for friends. Since stock is limited, it sells out at lightning speed. And I've been on the waiting list for up to 3 months at a time. So you need to be quick when it is in.
